I helped the founders at Grantbook mature their approach to sales by introducing pipeline management best practices, including forecasting and closing probabilities including both qualifying and weighting opportunities. Providing coaching and mentoring of leadership and key staff.

Bonnie helped the founder at Switchboard mature operational processes as well as improve and streamline proposal development. Provided coaching and mentoring of leadership and key staff to address some internal communication challenges and understand some culture issues at the company to improve transparency and teamwork.

Working with Yukon College's Cold Climate Innovation program Bonnie supported the founder of Frostbyte Software Design, the creators of borealist, a Yukon centric online classified service, to help evaluate the site's commercial viability. The business owner needed to explore his ideas and goals for the site to help him make important decisions. Working with Yukon College's Cold Climate Innovation (CCI) program, Bonnie supported the founder of Boreal Compost Enterprises (BCE) to help him transition the company from years of R&D to commercial readiness. This ground breaking innovation which was supported by CCI during the R&D phase has just completed its testing, secured a patent allowance and was already in discussion with a US agricultural equipment manufacture interested in a global licensing agreement with Boreal Compost. Working directly with the inventor, we secured Economic Development funding, developed a working project plan and created the outline for the beta testing program. The founder at d1zi hired Bonnie to develop her, launch and run a summer sales program that expanded their local digital marketing client base and grow revenues. Bonnie was hired by Pinnacle Lifestyle Resorts to replace a 3rd party sales and marketing company that had proven themselves to be doing dishonest work at a recently launched recreational property in Alberta. She tackled communication and sales process issues confronting unfulfilled promises head on.
