Its foundational work that supports the business in understanding where its and and where it wants to go. It involves prioritization and focuses on communication and vision. Once we establish where the business is going and agree on ideas for how to get there, then we support that course by holding the business accountable for reaching those goals.
Consulting is more tactical and involves rolling up the sleeves to focus what needs done and typically involves improving sales and business processes, operations and execution.
