With the elimination of LIBOR effective July 1st 2023 our loans will now be using SOFR as the benchmark for interest rates. "SOFR" is the "Secured Overnight Financing Rate". High multiple loans are at SOFR + 2.5% and now, our matching loans are being offered at SOFR + 1.25%.
