With our private wealth lending platform our programs are carefully risk mitigated because our clients always have to bring their own funds to the deal: whether the purpose of the client capital is to generate superior ROI while supporting the expansion of our lending efforts OR to secure an interest only loan. We always use trusted procedures to protect client funds. First and foremost, our group is always insulated from client funds and these funds are never deployed in the field, they are not depleted and they are not encumbered.  

We accept a variety of asset classes as qualifying capital (QC) in a transaction: CASH, CRYPTO and GOLD.
