I started my software sales career in 1998 at Corporate Software & Technology, based in Norwood MA. I was the Enterprise Account Executive for Bell Canada Enterprises, managing a $15,000,000 desktop software budget and championing the very early days of Software Asset Management. After 2 years working with Bell Canada, I was promoted to Country Manager to rebuild the Canadian sales organization which also involved reorganizing Canadian operations with our US based operations team. I had a total of 8 direct and 10 indirect reports. This was an amazing place to be, working with dedicated and passionate people who understood the value of teamwork and cared about each other.
More than 20 years later so many of these warm and lasting relationships are still alive. This is a true testament to the the culture that was present in this organization. People. Process. Technology.
